1.  Before your application for a UNM Study Abroad Application Program is complete, you must download, fill out and return these forms* to the Office of International Programs & Studies.

REQUIRED Forms for UNM Exchange Programs

   Faculty Recommendation Form (2 required)

ALSO, please remember to submit the following:

 

- Personal Statement/Essay (Please, no more than 500 words)

- Official Transcript 

- And pay the $150 Study Abroad Application Fee to the UNM Cashier, and turn in receipt with the Required Forms above

 

NOTE: For students applying to art schools, you must also submit a CD-ROM or disc portfolio.


REQUIRED Forms for UNM Rome Program

   Risks & Conditions Form (ROME)
   Faculty Recommendation Form (2 required)

ALSO, please remember to submit the following:

- Personal Statement/Essay (Please, no more than 500 words)

- Unofficial Transcript 

- And pay the $150 Study Abroad Application Fee to the UNM Cashier, and turn in receipt with the Required Forms above

2.  AFTER you have been accepted to a particular UNM study abroad program, please download, fill out and return these forms to the Office of International Programs & Studies, 2111 Mesa Vista Hall.
